Hene Kelly is a retired San Francisco public school teacher. She is a longtime member of the JCRC Metropolitan Council where she represents the Jewish Labor Committee (JLC). 

She is a longtime officer of both the San Francisco Labor Council (SFLC) and the California Alliance for Retired Americans (CARA).
